Ash Patel

A founding Partner of Rippon Patel & French Solicitors, Ash Patel is a Past President of the West London Law Society, Past longstanding Secretary and Past Parliamentary Candidate to boot.

Ash has a broad commercial, chancery and medical law practice with experience in commercial, medical, insolvency, matrimonial and property litigation. Ash appears regularly in interlocutory hearings, Trials and Appeals. He has appeared in the High Court and County Courts in a number of commercial, medical, insolvency and property matters. Ash has particular experience of matters with an international element and has appeared as an advocate in the High Court on several Applications under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008. He also has a particular interest in shareholder disputes, claims against Directors, and is also regularly instructed to obtain freezing Injunctions.
