Nehal Vasani

Council Member for Northwest London, Sponsorship Secretary

Nehal is the Law Society Council Member for Northwest London. She is a past President of West London Law Society and has previously served as Law Society Council Member for Westminster. She also sat on the Scrutiny and Performance committee for the Law Society.

Nehal spent 6 years building a reputation as a hard-hitting criminal lawyer and trial advocate at high profile West London crime practice Stringfellows. After gaining her higher rights of audience in both criminal and civil law, Nehal decided on a change in career direction and became a civil litigation lawyer and higher rights advocate for the government legal department specialising in judicial review, moving to the Serious Fraud Office in 2017.

Nehal has been a member of the committee for 8 years and before that a member of the JLD committee for 2 years.

When she has time Nehal enjoys being a foodie and Formula 1.
